NANCY J. BURNS, ESQ.

Nancy practices in the areas of estate planning (including Wills, Trusts, Pet Trusts, Financial Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Health Care Powers of Attorney), trust administration, probate administration, taxation, small business formation, and families who are caring for their elderly parents.

She graduated from Northern Kentucky University (B.A. 1992) and Salmon P. Chase College of Law (J.D. 1995). Nancy was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1995. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association. Nancy is the mother of three young children and frequently speaks to parents’ groups on the importance of estate planning. She has also appeared on the television, radio, and in the newspaper to talk about providing for pets if the owner becomes disabled or dies.
